Heidi has dedicated over 30 years to PreK-12 education, progressing from an elementary and middle school teacher to central office administrator roles. With demonstrated experience in many areas including organization management, program development, data analysis, and fostering collaborative relationships within the school and wider community, Heidi has further served in significant executive leadership roles including the State Executive Board of NJASCD, Board of Trustees member for the Camden County Curriculum Committee, and South Jersey Data Leaders. Her experience includes participation in local Municipal Alliances, the Camden County Workforce Development Board Literacy Committee, County Youth Service Commission, and New Jersey Department of Education workgroups. Her intrinsic forward thinking nature, multiple skills and knowledge, and deep care for her community is driven by both her professional and personal experiences. Heidi has served in each role with a deep commitment to growing healthy community partnerships and creating positive programs for both children and adults.
